This Fire Extinguisher Bracket fits the passenger side of the GWM Cannon. Electric seats only!!

Protect your car from a fire with a fast and east to access fire extinguisher. Every Kap Industries Bracket is made specifically to each vehicle model, designed to bolt in, without having to drill into the vehicle's bodywork.

Designed in CAD, laser cut from lightweight steel and powder coated, each bracket fits perfectly, does not require any seat adjustment and is non-obtrusive to the driver or passenger. 

Quick and easy install in 5 minutes. 

 

Suited for

Kap Industries Brackets are only to be used with metal strapped extinguisher cages.

  • 2 x M5 High Tensile Steel Locknuts
  • 2 x M5 High Tensile Steel Hex Bolts
  • 2 x M5 Washers

Install Instructions

Seat bolts are easily cross threaded. Please be careful when installing. Kap Industries takes no responsibility for incorrect install.

Remove front seat nuts as per install video on front and loosen ones at the back.

Lift front of seat up,

Slide bracket under seat foot and electric sliding carriage

Bolt extinguisher cage to Bracket,

Install nuts again and tighten all up.

Fits the Upgraded 2025 Cannon too!

Purchased mine a few years ago for my 2021 Cannon X, have now upgraded to the newer updated 2025 Cannon Vanta. I had hoped it would fit this newer model, and it did!

In fact, in the newer model it's even easier to install since it can utilise the two actual seat mounting bolts. GWM have slightly changed the seat mounting frame from the old model, the further up in the frame shown in the website pictures are no longer there on the newer model. Hope this helps ownwers of the newer 2025 model, and those looking at upgrading soon to this 2025 onwards model.

Fire extinguisher bracket

Exactly as advertised. U-tube instructions should be reviewed periodically as the newer Cannons have 6 bolts not four anchoring the seat. Took me a while to work out why the seat wouldn't budget. Otherwise the bracket is Exactly what I was looking for.
