The bracket is a perfect fit and gives me peace of mind to have an extinguisher so easily accessible.
The new Mustang uses a T55 torx so just be aware.
Took 5 minutes to install once I got the right torx bit.

Very happy with the new bracket for my 2016 Ranger.
Fits perfectly and looks very sturdy.
For those interested, under the little plastic cap on the rail, there's a screw under the little flap that holds the cap in place, easy to remove once the screw is out.

The fitting instructions suggest sliding the extinguisher bracket under the front seat brackets once the bolts are removed and then replacing bolts to secure it. Not sure why this is required as: a) just removing the front bolts doesn't allow any movement in the seat, b) there doesn't appear enough clearance to fit the extinguisher bracket underneath the seat bracket in any case and c) the OEM rubber mat would also impede fitment (although this could be cut). This may simply be an issue with the Nissan Patrol Y61 rather than other vehicles, but as a consequence, I simply put the bracket 'on top' of the seat bracket which is far easier and quicker. Job done......unless of course there is some critical reason why the bracket HAS to go under the the seat bracket and not on top (can't think of one). Other than this issue, very happy with fitment which looks tidy and professional.
