  • Are these Motorsport Australia approved / legal in racing?

    Yes these are manufactured to Motorsport Australia Specifications. Schedule H 1:1.  HAND-HELD FIRE EXTINGUISHERS: (i) Each hand-held fire extinguisher shall be secured using a metal bracket attached to the automobile with only high tensile bolts or equivalent fasteners and must remain restrained under a deceleration or acceleration of 25G ; and (ii) must be capable of removal by the driver (or crew, where applicable) without the aid of tools. Our brackets are made out Steel and they are supplied with M5 High Tensile Nuts and Bolts and are designed to be attached to the vehicle via the factory High Tensile Factory bolts. 

  • Are these hard to install?

    No these are very easy to install. They can be installed with simple hand tools in only minutes. We provide detailed video instructions for most of our brackets too.

  • Do these cause any damage to the vehicle?

    No not at all. These are all designed to be easily installed and easily removed if the vehicle is sold later on.

  • My model isn't listed, can you make one?

    Often, yes. We're always adding new models. Our workshop is based in Somerville, VIC, about 50km from Melbourne's CBD, where we measure the vehicle in person and develop a bracket to suit. Unfortunately we're not able to design new brackets from photos alone, so we do need access to the vehicle to measure it properly.

    If you're not based in Victoria, a good option is to see if you know someone with the same model who's nearby and could bring their car in for us to measure. Some customers have organised this through car clubs or owner groups.

    Bought this bracket for my r33 with bride seats wasn’t sure if it was going to fit had quick response from the team and give me some measurements. installed this today and it fit great might need some modifications as my adjuster bar is aftermarket from the seat great response from the team and product fit great.

    Quick delivery and arrived as per expected. Had to grind the Quell bracket (rivet holding the stainless steel retaining strap) to allow the extinguisher bracket to sit flush. Fits awesome, have full travel of the sit with no interference.

    I highly recommend buying the fire extinguisher holder - it’s super simple to fit and took me less than 5 minutes to sort it all out (including packing and unpacking tools up)
