Protect your car from a fire with a fast and east to access fire extinguisher. Every Kap Industries Bracket is made specifically to each vehicle model, designed to bolt in, without having to drill into the vehicle's bodywork.

Designed in CAD, laser cut from lightweight steel and powder coated, each bracket fits perfectly, does not require any seat adjustment and is non-obtrusive to the driver or passenger.

  • 1 x Kap Industries Fire Extinguisher Bracket
  • 2 x M5 High Tensile Steel Locknuts
  • 2 x M5 High Tensile Steel Hex Bolts
  • 2 x M5 Washers

Install Instructions

Seat bolts are easily cross threaded. Please be careful when installing. Kap Industries takes no responsibility for incorrect install.

1: With a Torx T50 tool undo the front seat bolts,

2: Lift up the front of the seat,

3: Bolt extinguisher cage to the Bracket,

4: Slide the bracket under the seat and bolt it down again.

Great product
Easy to fit
Not sure if it’s possible but a CO2 bottle would be a great idea.. Id buy one and I think many people would..
When it comes to the safety pin on the extinguisher
The pin works but the plastic retainer on the end needs to be better. Mine broke coming out of the box
Other than that it awesome..!! 🇳🇴🇦🇺

Bracket to suit Isuzu MU-X

A well made bracket but ...
1. I tried to undo the seat bolts to fit the bracket but I was unsuccessful. The bolts have a Torx head as you know and I tried to undo one but couldn't budge it. I didn't want to over do it and wreck the top of the bolt. So I have just cable tied the bracket into place. It sits OK.
2. Being rather tall, I have my seat well back which exposes the fire extinguisher. I have to watch every time I get in/out. I also like to rest my feet back sometimes but the extinguisher is in the way. So I will end up locating the fire extinguisher elsewhere.
