Fire Extinguisher Bracket designed for Holden Commodore VT-VZ.

This bracket fits both sides of the vehicle.

    • 2 x M5 High Tensile Steel Locknuts
    • 2 x M5 High Tensile Steel Hex Bolts
    • 2 x M5 Washers

    Install Instructions

    Seat bolts are easily cross threaded. Please be careful when installing. Kap Industries takes no responsibility for incorrect install.

    1: Remove plastic seat bolt covers, (they just slip off with hand pressure pushing forwards)

    2: Undo front seat bolts with a socket

    3: Bolt extinguisher cage to the bracket

    4: Lift front of seat up and slip bracket under the seat

    5: Put bolts back in

    6: Do up each bolt until tight.

    7: Trim the plastic seat covers until they slip back on. Take your time.

    Holden V2 Monaro

    With no bracket available for a Holden V2 Monaro, had to go with the Holden VX bracket.
    Cannot fault the quality or design of the product, and installation was simple.
    Unfortunately with the Monaro having automatic adjusting seats to allow passengers into the rear of the car, the fire extinguisher prevents full range of the seat when it is attached to the bracket as the bracket is not long enough to prevent contact with the front of the seat.

    Still a great product and imagine it would be 10/10 for a VX.
