Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you are not entirely happy with your order. If you would like a refund, all products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

Shipping is all calculated at checkout.

The shipping charges on this website include postage, packaging and handling. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Once your order has been placed, if one of the products you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will send you an e-mail message to notify you as soon as possible of the estimated delivery timing.
